Amazon Prime Video is a video streaming service that is owned, and operated by Amazon. It is included in a Amazon Prime membership, with thousands of videos, tv shows, live tv options, and Amazon Prime Originals to choose from.
There are too many streaming services that each offer a different level of streaming in the market. Prime Video simply isn’t up to par with its competitors due to its challenging and lengthy interface, its top heavy content flow, & its double navigation bar.

The new onboarding experience gives users an easily-navigable design with clearly stated information, large buttons, and effortless micro interaction. It features sign-up information forms and a short questionnaire to get you started.
The rating system is an easier and more accurate way for you to get recommendations you’ll actually want to watch. It uses the information from the short questionnaire along with any data collected from what the user has previously watched to give you a percentage of match when viewing recommendations or searches.
My collection is a more organized and refined way to find what you’re looking for. With a new filter system, you can sort by exactly what you want to see. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, you can search and add new content in a special search bar on the page.
Though this is a rebranding assignment, by targeting key user struggles we were able to pinpoint frustrations. Through this my teammates and I accomplished creating a new identity that was true to APV’s brand integrity and give users a refreshing experience.
